DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing – High-Quality, Durable Transfers for Any Fabric!
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a cutting-edge printing method that allows for vibrant, full-color designs to be transferred onto a wide variety of fabrics with exceptional durability and flexibility. Unlike Direct-to-Garment (DTG), which prints directly onto fabric, DTF uses a special transfer film that is heat-pressed onto the garment, making it ideal for cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, leather, and more!
What Makes DTF Printing Unique?
✔ Bright, Full-Color Prints – Captures fine details and vivid colors, including gradients and shading.
✔ Works on Any Fabric Type – Unlike DTG, which is mainly for cotton, DTF can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, denim, and even non-traditional materials like leather and nylon.
✔ Soft & Flexible Feel – The final print stretches with the fabric without cracking or peeling.
✔ Long-Lasting & Wash-Resistant – DTF prints withstand multiple washes without fading or damage.
✔ No Weeding Required – Unlike vinyl, DTF eliminates the need for tedious cutting and weeding.
How DTF Printing Works:
1. Design Printing – Your artwork is printed onto a special PET film using DTF ink.
2. Adhesive Application – A powder adhesive is applied to the printed design and then cured.
3. Heat Transfer – The film is heat-pressed onto the garment, bonding the ink to the fabric.
4. Final Peel & Set – After pressing, the film is peeled off, leaving behind a vibrant, durable print.
Perfect For:
• Custom T-Shirts & Hoodies
• Sportswear & Workwear
• Bags, Hats, and Accessories
• Promotional & Personalized Merchandise
Why Choose DTF Over DTG or Vinyl?
• More Fabric Compatibility – Print on cotton, polyester, blends, and even non-traditional fabrics.
• More Durable Than DTG – DTF prints last longer and don’t fade as quickly.
• More Detail Than Vinyl – No need to cut or layer vinyl—DTF allows for intricate, high-resolution designs.
